Question:  Can I modify the PowerPoint slides?
Answer:  Yes, if you have the full version of Microsoft PowerPoint on your computer.  You
have permission to add or delete slides.  You may not delete the reference slides.  This
allows you to personalize the information session for a specific student.  For example, you
can add slides that offer specific suggestions and recommendations for that student.

Question:  I do not have PowerPoint on my computer.  Can I still view the presentation?
Answer:  Yes, you can view it in PDF format through Adobe Reader.  You can download
Microsoft PowerPoint viewer for free online as well.

Question:  Can I provide school staff and parents with copies of the presentation?
Answer:  Yes, you can reproduce the presentations for your own use for the students that
you work with.  For example, if a staff member can not attend the training session you can
provide them with a copy.

Question:  How long is each presentation?
Answer:  That depends upon which format you use.  The shorter versions are suggested
for quick information i.e. during an annual review meeting.  The full length versions are
suitable for longer training sessions.  If you personalize the presentation by adding your own
slides this would lengthen the presentation.
