Stormy Seas is a creative sensory motor activity that
encourages literacy, fine motor skills, upper extremity
muscle strengthening, body awareness, motor
planning and proprioceptive input.  It is a great
sensory motor activity to get the shoulders, arms and
hands ready to work.
Pizza Prep is an activity promotes proprioceptive input,
kinesthetic awareness, upper extremity muscle
strengthening, fine motor skills and body awareness.

Jump into the Jungle: The children will have to
pretend to jump, crawl, climb, tip toe and more to get
through the jungle.  This is a great game for during a
therapy session (group or individual) or for parents to
play with their children at home.  It would also be a
great movement break activity for during the school
day.

Dance Party is a fun sensory motor activity that
promotes motor planning, body awareness, gross
motor skills and fine motor skills.  Arrange the dance
cards on the board, turn on some music and practice
the dance that you created.  Rearrange the cards to
create a new dance.

Body Match Up is a creative sensory motor activity
that promotes body awareness, literacy, gross motor
skills and fine motor skills.  Pick a body part word
card.  Perform a movement with that body part.  Place
the card at the correct body part on the picture.
