HOW TO USE THE PATRIOTIC FINE MOTOR ACTIVITY
This is a fun challenge to create the different characters. Here are the directions:
- Cut apart the cards at the bottom of the page.
- Mix them up.
- Use the pictures below to create the five different characters.
How quickly can you make the characters?
Want to turn it into a game? Print and cut out a set of cards for three players. One person is the leader, creates one character and covers it up. On GO the character gets uncovered and the other players have to create a matching character. First player to create it is the winner! They can create the next hidden character.
Want to add in memory skills? Create a character and have the student study it for about 10 seconds. The student can then complete a physical challenge such as 10 star jumps. Now have the students use the cards to create the character they studied. Can they remember it?
