How to Complete the Count the Room Spring and Summer Activity:
Copy, cut out and laminate count the room cards. Make copies of the answer sheets for each student. For small groups, you can laminate the color version and have students use a dry erase marker to fill in their answers. Place pictures around the room for students to find.
There are several ways to play. Students can:
- find a picture, count and return to their seats to fill in the number.
- have their paper on a clip board and travel to find the answers.
- in small groups, bring the picture back to their desk to fill in the answer, then return the picture to the same spot.
