DIFFERENT WAYS TO USE THE SHAPE MATCH UP PACKET
Print out the shape worksheet of your choice. There are 10 different shape match up boards – Circle, Square, Triangle, Rectangle, Oval, Crescent, Diamond, Pentagon, Heart, and Star.
OPTION 1: Color the code. Print out the worksheet and color each half according to the number code. If you want to print in black and white the students can use the words to follow the code.
OPTION 2: Print the color coded shapes, cut them out and match up to the number page.
OPTION 3: Roll and Cover Game – Roll dice. Color in the numbers you roll. The first player to cover their whole board wins.
OPTIONAL – If you choose option 2, you can laminate the pieces so you can use the match up game over and over again.
