COMMENTS:
2/2/09: Although I may write a goal, I am not the only implementor. The goal too is usually stated as a “motor goal” or “independent functioning goal” which OT helps to support – not an “OT goal.” I usually end up writing the goal only from a manpower issue as other members of my team then write other areas. – Jean
