Summary:
This is an electronic book (16 pages) of shape cards, color cards, number cards and pattern cards to lace. Each shape/color card is a 2" by
2.5" square. This includes 60 color/shape cards, 60 shape/number cards, 20 color/number cards, 12 pop cards (for a game) and 20 pattern
cards. Children can assist to cut out cards, hole punch and then string the letters to form patterns of shapes/colors. Also included are 20
pattern cards to provide the children with sample patterns to lace. There are 10 activity suggestions included as well. This download is
reproducible for your own use therefore you can create projects for children to take home for just pennies. You will need yarn, string or rope to
complete the activities. To use the cards over and over, laminate them before punching the holes.
The lacing card activities promote the development of fine motor skills, muscle strengthening in the fingers, hands and wrists and visual skills.
In addition, Lace and Learn Colors + Shapes encourages shape recognition, color recognition, counting skills, number recognition and early
