Directions on How to Play the New Year’s Eve Countdown Game
If you know how to play Shut the Box, you will quickly understand this game. You will need two dice and crayons to play this game. The object of the game is to cross out all the numbers 1-10 or get the lowest number possible.
Roll the dice. Add up the dice. Color in the number(s) that add up to the total. For example, if you roll an 8 you can color in the 8 OR 5 and 3 OR 6 and 2 OR 7 and 1.
Continuing rolling both dice unless you only have the numbers 1-6 left. Then you can choose to roll only one die. When you can not color in any more numbers your turn is over.
