This set of BOOM Cards includes 2 card decks. The 20 Yoga Poses and Movements covered are: Airplane, Balance, Boat, Cat, Chair, Cobra, Cow, Criss-Cross, Dog, Flamingo, Handstand, Jump, Mountain, Plank, Side Stretch, Star, Sun, Tree, Twist, and Warrior.
Yoga for Kids Poses Deck
Includes the 20 different yoga poses above + movements to provide a movement and stretch break for kids. Fun and kid-friendly clip art designs. Easy to understand description for each pose with a specific time or repetition amount to meet (e.g., hold cobra pose for 10 seconds, seated twist 10 times), as well as specifications for poses that need to be done on right and left sides. Students click DONE when the pose is completed.
NO equipment required! Just an optional towel or yoga mat for the child to do poses on because it helps with keeping child in one area for the duration of this activity.
