Each page is specially designed with a fold over data collection checklist at the bottom. The teacher/OT/staff collecting the data will fold back the data collection portion to not distract the student from the activity -and then use it to conveniently and quickly check off the boxes of the fine motor skills observed.
The FULL COLOR 40-page packet is great for teaching examples and the BLACK/WHITE 40-page packet can be copied for the entire class or caseload for data collection.
The coversheet includes the important information you need going into a data collection session – name, age, grade, school, data collected by, dates. At the end of this packet – there are 2 summary pages to gather all the data onto two comprehensive sheets featuring simple, easy, and quick checkboxes, organized into fine motor developmental areas!
You can use ONE worksheet alone or pick just the letter tracing worksheets or the entire packet – flexible to match your needs! The last 2 summary pages are designed to provide an overall picture of the foundational fine motor skills needed for school age students. These are not standardized assessments and do not provide standard scores or norms.
