How Do You Play the Happy Hearts Game for Kids?
DIRECTIONS FOR DIGITAL GAME:
Open one of the 12 PDF games. Click on any numbered heart on the main page. If you find the winning hearts YOU WIN the game. If you do not, complete the exercises and try again. Click on the pink house to return to the main page.
You will need to remember what hearts you picked already so you don’t pick a losing heart again!
The WINNING HEARTS page changes in each of the 12 games. You can play the game over and over again without your students knowing where the winning smiling hearts are hiding.
DIRECTIONS FOR PRINT VERSION OF THE HAPPY HEART GAME FOR KIDS:
Print the pages in the packet. Fold up the small cards and place them in a box or bag.
Taking turns, each player reaches into the box and pulls out a card. If it is an exercise card, complete the activity. If you find the WINNING HEART Card, you won the game!
What Exercises Are Included in the Happy Heart Game for Kids?
For each exercise page, the students have to copy the sign language for the activity word and complete the action. The 12 actions are pretending to perform different sports such as basketball, tennis, and cheerleading.
