How to Do the Fishy Fingers Handwriting Warm Ups
You can download this freebie and get started right away. It is in landscape format so it is easy to see if you want to screenshare it for distance learning or teletherapy.
Activity #1: Swimming Fingers
Press your hands together firmly. Wiggle your hands back and forth like a fish that is swimming. Move them slow and fast, left and right, up and down or in a figure 8 pattern. Keep your hands together the whole time!
Activity #2: Seaweed Fingers
Bring your hands together and lace your fingers. Lift up your finger, keeping your thumbs together, and wiggle all of your fingers like seaweed floating in the water.
Activity #3: Crab Fingers
Pinch your fingers open and closed like a crab.
When To Do the Finger Handwriting Warm Ups
