HOW TO ACCESS THE WINDMILL EXERCISE FOR KIDS MAZE

  1. Read how to do the windmill exercise for kids below.

HOW TO DO THE MAZE

Grab a pencil and begin at the START of the maze. Follow along the path. You will arrive in the middle of the large box inside the maze. Complete the windmill exercise and exit the large box. Continue drawing a path to the FINISH location and exit the maze.

HOW TO DO THE WINDMILL EXERCISE

When you get the middle box of the maze, complete the windmill exercise:

  • Stand up tall with your arms stretched out at shoulder height and feet shoulder-width apart. Elbows should be straight.
  • Bend over and touch your left hand to your right foot.
  • Stand up tall again with your arms stretched out at shoulder height, elbows straight.
  • Bend over and touch your right hand to your left foot.
  • Return to standing and repeat the exercise 10 times.
